About the Role
- ipNX Nigeria is seeking a Service Fulfilment Engineer (SFE) to join our Technical Services team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and activation of customer services (Voice, Data & Video), ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end service provisioning for new customer installations (Fiber or Wireless).
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and testing of customer-premises equipment (routers, switches, IP phones, ONTs).
- Conduct troubleshooting to ensure optimal service activation and performance.
- Collaborate with Network Operations Center (NOC) and other internal teams for seamless service delivery.
- Update installation and service records in internal systems (CRM/ERP/OSS tools).
- Ensure installations meet company standards for safety, performance, and aesthetics.
- Provide feedback and escalate field challenges when necessary.
- Support enterprise network deployments (remote and on-site).
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and assets.
- Mentor and supervise interns.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
Educational Qualification:
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in telecoms, ISP, or ICT environment.
- Hands-on experience with network devices (routers, switches).
- Experience in LAN/WAN design and configuration is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of IP networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
- Knowledge of fiber optic and wireless technologies.
- Ability to configure routers and switches.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting tools (ping, traceroute, OTDR, cable testers).
- Understanding of structured cabling and network safety practices.

Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
