Job Title: Aircraft Appearance & Cabin Standards Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and detailed -driven Aircraft Appearance & Cabin Standards Manager to lead and maintain world-class aircraft cleanliness and cabin presentation standards across our fleet.
• The successful candidate will ensure that all aircraft interiors and exteriors consistently reflect the airline’s premium brand and deliver an exceptional passenger experience.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Develop and implement aircraft cabin appearance and cleanliness standards across the fleet
• Manage aircraft cleaning programs (turnaround, night-stop, deep cleaning) across all stations.
• Oversee the condition and presentation of cabin interiors including seats, galleys, lavatories, carpets, and upholstery.
• Monitor cabin quality and resolve appearance defects in coordination with engineering and operations
• Manage cleaning vendors and service providers, including SLAs and performance audits
• Analyse passenger feedback and drive improvements in cabin presentation and cleanliness

Experience & Qualifications

• HND or Bachelor’s degree
• 8–12+ years’ aviation experience
• Minimum of 5 years in cabin services, inflight operations, or product standards
• Strong knowledge of airline cabin product standards, service quality, and vendor management.
