• 10+ years in product management for B2B SaaS, taking products 0?1 to scale.
• Proven experience defining and leading strategy for a major customer-facing product area.
• Thrives in ambiguity; translates uncertainty into clear direction.
• Influences and aligns senior leaders across engineering, data science, design, sales, and CS.
• Experience building products for enterprise buyers, esp. engineering leaders.
• Strong analytics foundation; experience building customer analytics or data products.
• Ability to set long-range priorities aligned to company goals.
• Curious about AI and its impact on talent evaluation and hiring.
