Job Summary

• We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land measurements, preparing survey reports, and providing accurate data to support construction and development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land and site surveys using modern surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, Levels, etc.).
• Prepare and maintain accurate survey data, maps, and reports.
• Establish reference points and benchmarks for construction projects.
• Interpret construction drawings and provide technical input.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers.
• Monitor and verify construction progress against survey data.
• Maintain proper documentation of all survey activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND qualification in Surveying & Geoinformatics or related field.
• 3–5 years relevant experience in construction or real estate.
• Proficiency in surveying software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS tools, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of land laws and surveying standards.
• Ability to operate modern surveying instruments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Professional certification or registration with relevant bodies is an added advantage.
