Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and organized Data Entry Intern to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos.
• The ideal candidate will support the accurate processing, structuring, and maintenance of operational information across internal systems and platforms.
• The role involves working with large volumes of structured data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates to support smooth business operations.
• This position is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in data administration, information processing, and operational support within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Input, update, and maintain accurate records across company databases and internal systems.
• Verify and review information for accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting.
• Organize and maintain digital records and structured documentation.
• Assist in processing and managing operational data across business systems.
• Generate basic reports and provide administrative support where required.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive company information.
• Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in any discipline.
• Candidates must have completed the NYSC programme.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong typing and data entry skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Google Sheets or basic data management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and high accuracy.
• Strong analytical mindset for identifying errors and inconsistencies.

Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 Monthly.
