• Own marketplace monetization and pricing to drive engagement and profitability
• Monitor performance and adjust strategies based on LTV and GMV
• Build dashboards and reporting to track key Marketplace KPIs
• Partner with Sales, Client Success, and Marketing to grow marketplace partners
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve inventory and offers
• Analyze supply-side dynamics, pricing, and placement to understand elasticity
• Lead analyses and experiments to test and refine new placements
• Conduct loan-level profitability analyses to ensure offers align with goals

???? Requirements

• 7+ years in analytics, marketplaces, ads/affiliate ecosystems, or two-sided platforms
• Strong intuition for supply-demand dynamics, pricing, and tradeoffs
• Experience with SQL, Python, DBT, Sigma; comfortable managing ETLs with Eng teams
• Curious mindset with bias toward leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis
• Experience cross-functional with Product, GTM, and Engineering
• High ownership, strong judgment, bias toward action
