• Collaborate with People, Finance, Legal, and IT to deliver solutions.
• Support Workday compensation, Absence, and Benefits configuration.

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration.
• System-agnostic; evaluate best tool for the problem.
• Core HR: onboarding, compensation, performance, terminations, intl.
• Strong PM instincts; run end-to-end tech initiatives.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; ask questions and plan.
• Strong communicator; explain tradeoffs to HRBP and engineers.
