Our client is looking for a world-class sales leader who understands high-ticket sales, webinars, pipeline management, conversion psychology, and sales team operations.

You will oversee sales performance for our client, ensuring strong enrollment growth, conversion optimization, follow-up systems, and revenue expansion.

Core Responsibilities

- Build and manage high-performance sales teams

- Improve lead-to-close conversion rates

- Develop sales scripts, objection handling, and follow-up systems

- Work closely with marketing and growth teams

- Monitor pipeline performance daily

- Ensure sales teams respond fast and consistently

- Track KPIs including close rates, CAC, show-up rates, revenue, and LTV

- Improve CRM discipline and reporting accuracy

- Drive aggressive revenue growth targets

Ideal Candidate

- Strong high-ticket closing and sales management experience

- Experience managing setters, closers, and admissions teams

- Strong understanding of webinars and funnel-based sales

- Deep understanding of immigrant and African diaspora markets

- Data-driven decision maker

- Strong leadership and accountability culture
