• 7+ years in pricing, risk, actuarial, or analytics (9+ years preferred)
• Experience leading pricing, risk, or analytics with strategic responsibility
• Proven ability to manage budgets, hiring, and resource planning
• Deep expertise in executive dashboards and enterprise risk KPIs
• Strong regulatory modeling and compliance understanding
• Ability to influence executive leadership and external stakeholders
