We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Students Enrollment Specialist

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Recruit prospective students into available academic programs
  • Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication with leads.
  • Explain programme structures, tuition fees, and admission requirements to prospects.
  • Manage student enquiries from social media, website, and referral channels.
  • Support applicants through the admission and registration process.
  • Maintain accurate records of student applications and conversions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.
  • Conduct Informative sessions, and webinars for prospects.
  • Build relationships with corporate organizations and educational partners.
  • Assist students with payment plans and tuition guidance.
  • Prepare weekly enrolment performance reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on lead generation campaigns..
  • Ensure proper documentation of admitted students.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for newly enrolled students.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the admission process.
  • Track and update CRM and student database systems.
  • Resolve admission-related complaints professionally.
  • Participate in outreach and student recruitment events.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional admission policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong sales and persuasion skills

  • Computer literacy and CRM/database management
