• Deliver localized onboarding (virtual and in-practice)
• Observe workflows; provide real-time coaching

• Localize training to regional workflows, terminology, and regulatory norms
• Build trust with clinicians; translate training into successful digital cases
• Serve as senior clinical escalation point for complex cases

???? Requirements

• 8+ years in a high-volume dental lab/clinical env
• Proficiency with 3Shape TRIOS and intraoral scanners
• Understanding of digital dentistry workflows; CAD/CAM a plus
• Experience delivering live clinical training (virtual/in-person)
• Excellent communication; explain complex concepts clearly
• Native or near-native fluency in local market language
