Job Title: Stock Controller (Inventory Counter)

Job Summary

• As the Stock Controller, you will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, conducting stock counts, and ensuring accurate stock records to support efficient warehouse and distribution operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records
• Monitor stock movement including receipts, transfers, and dispatches
• Identify and report discrepancies in inventory and support resolution processes
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation for audit purposes
• Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure proper stock handling

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 2–3 years experience in inventory control, stock counting, or warehouse operations
• Professional certification such as CILT or related supply chain certification is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock reconciliation
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
