Job Title: Procurement Manager (QSR)

Overview
- We are a fast-growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to oversee sourcing and purchasing activities across all business units.
- In this role, you will handle the procurement of goods and services, ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness, and maintain strong vendor relationships. You will also be responsible for preparing procurement reports and proposals to support decision-making and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the sourcing and purchasing of goods and services across all business units.
- Ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness of procured items.
- Source and evaluate suppliers across key categories, including food, packaging, and operational items.
- Conduct regular market surveys to compare prices and ensure competitive sourcing.
- Monitor delivery timelines and follow up with vendors to prevent shortages or delays.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, vendors, and pricing history.
- Prepare and present procurement reports, analysis, and proposals to support strategic decisions and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure all procurement activities stay within budget and comply with internal controls and company policies.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve value for money.
- Raise and process purchase orders with proper documentation and approvals.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams and warehouse officers to confirm product needs and verify delivered items against purchase records.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND or HND in Purchasing & Supply, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong reporting, analytical, and proposal writing skills.
- High level of integrity, organization, and attention to detail.
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPS) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in food service, event management, hospitality, or retail.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good understanding of supply chain and inventory processes.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
