Job Description
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically fit Warehouse Store Assistant to support inventory and warehouse operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
- The role involves receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods while maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming goods for accuracy and quality
- Unload, sort, label, and store products in designated locations
- Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) to prevent expiry or wastage
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners)
- Follow all health, safety, and company procedures at all times
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch according to company standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records (manual or system-based)
- Conduct routine stock counts and assist in periodic stocktaking
- Monitor stock levels and report damages, shortages, or discrepancies
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an OND in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Accounting with 1-2 years experience.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Basic understanding of inventory management and stock control
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items

N70,000 - N100,000 per month.
