We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Shipping & Logistics Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process shipping, import/export, and logistics documentation.
Monitor shipments, resolve delivery issues, and provide regular status updates.
Liaise with shipping companies, freight forwarders, customs agents, and transport providers.
Coordinate the movement of goods, equipment, and materials to ensure timely delivery.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant shipping, customs, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and logistics records.

Requirements

Must have 3–5 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics/inventory management systems.
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and coordinate multiple shipments simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, shipping documentation, and freight coordination.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
