We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supply Base Company Site Representative

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Purpose / Objective

  • Renaissance contracted Supply Base to enable reduced non-conformity instances to ordered supplies, quality check at source and administrative support to the offshore support teams in delivering offshore related items and logistics coordinated support to the Asset. Locations include but not limited to Kidney Island Supply Base, third party Supply Bases/Jetty e.g. Onne, Trans-Amadi, Trans Woji etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • MARPOL, OGFZA, NPA etc.
  • Provide good safety leadership and sustain awareness for effective frontline work execution at the supply base/jetty.
  • Ensure timely provision of Logistics and Supply Base Support in engagements, meeting the regularly changing demand of the various offshore assets.
  • Provide effective representation of the company’s interest while managing risks and delivering value to the business at the supply base.
  • Ensure all contractor bills are properly reconciled and accurate before service entry issuance/ processing.
  • Sustain barrier strengthening and effective management of transport risks as the Site
  • Facilitate the management of accommodation and feeding of company personnel at work within the applicable Supply Base.
  • Responsible for driving team compliance with the Goal Zero, IOGP Life Saving Rules, Safe
  • Ensure all NPA pilotage and material handling bills are properly reconciled and accurate before service entry issuance/ processing.
  • Achieve safe operations (Goal Zero), i.e., No Harm & No Leaks and No Ethical Breaches, acting as Company Representative on site.
  • Ensure strict compliance with the company procurement guidelines for all supplies and service
  • Set, review, and monitor effective space utilization regime of the stacking area of the supply base.
  • Official Cargo manifest for all vessel shipment from supply base to offshore and vice versa.
  • Synergize with the land transport logistics team for seamless trucking of materials to and from the base.

  • Responsible for verifying the company’s material handling and port facilities management performance in line with contract at Supply Base, safely, ethically, and transparently. Interpret
  • Transport Risks Focal Point at the Supply Base frontline.
  • relevant QA/QC activities. Support cargo carrying unit contract management by ensuring optimal utilization and quick turnaround.
  • Maintain effective supervision over the offshore cargo carrying units request and supply to prevent value erosion in the supply chain. Maintain records of all cargo carry units and ensure they are certified and in compliance with recommended current lifting colour code and other
  • Work Process, Permit Compliance/Tracking and other extant regulations while delivering on business targets in a responsible manner.
  • Review all material handling activities via Job Sheet verification for effective cost control.

  • Supervise and ensure daily stakeholder requests are properly addressed.
  • Actively drive Line of Defence 1 (LOD1) audit/hazard hunt of the supply base & port facilities in line with company standards and safety culture. Support close out of actions from LOD 1-3 audits and Gemba walks.
  • Support enhanced business planning and performance management for the Supply Base operations and actively track actions to close-out. Collate weekly/monthly reports and KPI dashboard.
  • Responsible for all inbound and outbound material movement and shipment onto/off vessel ensuring optimization of Supply Base Operations. Maintain the inventory as well as perform yard supervision.
  • Effectively track and manage equipment request and optimization to reduce cost and maximize value to the business. Track integrity status of equipment.
  • Key interfaces include Community Relations, Marine Logistics, Production, Wells Ops,
  • Optimization in resolving key constraints within the Supply Chain and Logistics value chain.
  • Supervise warehouse operations, stock/non-stock inventory management and reconciliation.
  • Prioritize safe, efficient planning and safe execution of all lifting and hoisting operations in line with company Lifting & Hoisting guideline.
  • Esure proper storage, packaging, and preservation of materials in transit and storage.
  • Any other role assigned by the Supply Base Lead.
  • Actively support Management Facility Engagements at the Supply Base and promote worker welfare and safety at the workplace/base facility.
  • Drive initiatives for continuous process improvement and integrate HSSE awareness into every facet of the material handling and storage operations.
  • Maintain effective interface between the Marine Operations, Quality Assurance and Resource

Qualifications / Experience

  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook
  • Customer Relationship, Supply Chain and Warehouse Management
  • A PGD in Logistics & Supply Chain Management is an added advantage.
  • Stakeholder and Interface Management
  • CILT or any relevant certification is an added advantage.
  • BSc / BEng / BTech in Social Science, Science, Management or Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Supply Base Management or HND with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supply Base Management
