Following the tragic death of founders Edwin and Stella Ajaere, their son, Chidi Ajaere, took over in 2009. He transformed the company from a traditional transport business into a major tech-enabled mobility and logistics company.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Experience Officer

Location: Akpakpava,Benin, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Assist in guest luggage check-in.
Forward booking/travelling reschedule requests to the concerned unit.
Promote online booking, app downloads, and other products and services of the company to customers.
Resolve service problems by clarifying the guest complaint via phone, email, and in person.
Sell bus tickets at GIGM terminals to walk-in guests.
Serve guests by providing service information related to travel schedules, fares, and payments.
Ensure customer complaints and emergency concerns are escalated to the appropriate quarters.
Adhere to the company’s policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows.
Announce arrival and departure information using the public address system.
Create and maintain guest reservation records.
Make and/or change travel reservations for walk-in guests using the online booking system.
Promote goodwill by being courteous, friendly, and helpful to guests, managers, and fellow employees.
