We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Female Head of Primary

Location: Benin, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Oversee budgeting, resource management, and school operations.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, regulatory bodies, and the community.
  • Develop and implement school policies and strategic plans.
  • Ensure excellence in academic standards, student welfare, and staff performance.
  • Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the school.
  • Drive school growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with educational regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Recruit, mentor, supervise, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.

Education / Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years teaching experience.
  • At least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role (Vice Principal, Head Teacher, or similar).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Cambridge Educational Leadership or Cambridge teaching certification is an added advantage.
  • TRCN registration is an added advantage.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong ICT proficiency and administrative competence.
  • Excellent organizational and strategic planning skills.
  • Sound knowledge of British, Nigerian, and Cambridge curricula.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a high-performing team.

Remuneration

  • Salary: N150,000 - N170,000 per month.
