Job Summary


  • We are seeking an Office Administrator responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the hospital.
  • The role involves coordinating office operations, managing records and documentation, supporting internal departments, monitoring supplies and facilities, and ensuring smooth administrative processes within the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily office administrative activities.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and office documentation.
  • Prepare official letters, reports, memos, and internal correspondence.
  • Monitor office supply usage and initiate replenishment requests.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of office equipment and administrative spaces.
  • Maintain and update administrative records and reports.
  • Ensure departmental documents are properly filed and stored.
  • Support document tracking, approvals, and record retrieval.
  • Maintain confidentiality of hospital and staff information.
  • Support smooth coordination between hospital departments.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, trainings, and administrative activities.
  • Follow up on administrative requests and operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with administrative procedures and organizational policies.
  • Monitor cleanliness and functionality of office areas.
  • Follow up on maintenance and repair requests.
  • Coordinate administrative support for hospital programs and activities.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers when required.
  • Prepare periodic administrative reports.
  • Monitor administrative gaps and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital administrative standards and procedures.

Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
