Job Summary

  • Elkris Bio Health Foods Nigeria Limited is seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and results-driven Group Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize the company's warehouse and logistics operations across Nigeria.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, seamless nationwide product distribution, and effective coordination of warehouse activities across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation planning and fleet utilization.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Production, and Finance teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce logistics costs while maintaining service quality.
  • Monitor stock levels and implement effective inventory control systems to minimize losses and stock variances.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse and logistics teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse and logistics strategies to improve operational performance.
  • Oversee and manage warehouse operations across all company locations nationwide.
  • Analyze warehouse and logistics performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular management reports.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, stock reconciliation, and proper warehouse documentation.
  • Coordinate the movement and distribution of products to ensure timely deliveries across the country.
  • Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, quality procedures, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership, analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and travel nationwide when required.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating warehouse operations and logistics across multiple locations in Nigeria.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse best practices, transportation planning, and supply chain operations.
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management abilities.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years' proven experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably within the FMCG, food manufacturing, or distribution sector.
