Job Position: Senior Sales Manager

Job Summary
- The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and leading the sales strategy for cement and screeding products.
- This role requires strong experience in FMCG or construction materials, with a deep understanding of distribution networks, contractor engagement, and B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.
- Drive product penetration across retail, wholesale, and project channels.
Business Development:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, distributors, developers, and retailers.
- Identify and secure high-value projects requiring cement and screeding materials.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve performance targets.
- Set KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Provide training on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Channel Management:
- Expand and manage distributor and dealer networks.
- Ensure product availability and visibility across key markets.
- Optimize route-to-market strategies.
Revenue & Performance Management:
- Achieve sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
Key Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
- MBA is an added advantage.
Experience:
- 5–12 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or building materials (cement, screeding, construction products).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large territories.
- Experience in Cement or paint sales will be an added advantage
- Experience in B2B and project sales is essential.
