Job Title: Senior Core Network / OCS / BSS Engineer (MVNE/MVNO)

Responsibilities
MVNE/MVNO Deployment:
- Design and deploy a complete MVNE/MVNO core network.
- Develop migration and rollout strategies.
- Lead end-to-end implementation from planning through commercial launch.
- Configure and optimize the mobile core network.
- Coordinate with MNOs, vendors, and roaming partners.
Core Network:
- Configure, integrate, and maintain core network elements including:
- SIM Provisioning
- USSD Gateway
- SMSC
- VoLTE (advantage)
- HLR/HSS
- IMS (preferred)
- Diameter & SS7 signaling
- OTA Platform
- DRA
- EIR
- STP
OCS & Charging:
- Manage Data, Voice and SMS charging.
- Manage rating and charging plans.
- Configure product catalog.
- Oversee balance management.
- Configure prepaid and postpaid charging.
- Manage voucher management.
- Configure promotions and bundles.
- Deploy and manage the Online Charging System (OCS).
BSS / OSS:
- Manage and integrate the following systems:

Requirements
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience integrating with multiple MNOs.
- Strong Linux administration skills.
- API integration experience.
- Database knowledge (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Strong experience with: Mobile Core Network, OCS, BSS/OSS, HLR/HSS, Diameter, SS7, SMSC, USSD, SIP, SMPP.
- 7+ years in telecom engineering.
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/KVM/OpenStack).
- At least one successful MVNO or MVNE deployment.
Salary
N750,000 - N1,000,000 monthly.
