ELV Technician

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: ELV Technician

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to emergency service requests and system failures, providing timely resolutions to restore fire protection functionality.
• Prepare accurate inspection, maintenance, and service reports, documenting system conditions, findings, corrective actions, and compliance status.
• Perform daily maintenance on electrical / Extral low voltage system systems, including CCTV Camera, Smoke detectors, Public Address system andaccess control.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faults in fire alarm systems across various brands and models, ensuring optimal system performance and minimal downtime.

Work Experience / Qualification:

• Proficient in working with various fire alarm panel brands like SIMPLEX, CHEMITRON, KIDDIE, and FM200 Systems.
• Candidates should possess at least an HND / OND qualification in Electrical Electronics Engineering or Trade test.
• Experience Required: 3 - 6+ years’ experience as a ELV maintenance in a facility management sector is preferred.
