Job Description

• We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Reservation Officer to join our hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with operations to ensure guest readiness.
• Manage apartment reservations and booking schedules.
• Maintain accurate booking records and provide excellent customer service.
• Confirm, modify, and cancel bookings as required.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and reservation requests.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience handling apartment bookings and reservations.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry.
• Candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree, HND, OND in relevant field.
• Proficiency in using reservation booking systems is an advantage.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
