The Company was incorporated in 2008 by promoters of the highly successful Co-operative Villas, Badore, Lagos - a community of over 600 homes considered to be one of the best of its kind in West Africa.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Design and Detailing Architect

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Experience within Real Estate, Construction, Property Development, or a similar fast- fast-paced corporate environment is an added advantage.
Certified Administrative Professional (CAP), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM),CIPM, PMP, or Facility Management certifications.
Experience managing vendors, facilities, office operations, and administrative budgets.
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Master's Degree in Architecture or related field is an advantage).
Full registration with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) is mandatory with 5—7 years' post-NYSC experience in architectural design, detailing, and project coordination.
