  • Primary resource for day-to-day end-user support across hardware, software, and SaaS.
  • Own onboarding, offboarding, incident, and change management; seek improvements.
  • Triage and respond to IT queue; prioritize tickets across distributed workforce.
  • Support and administer core SaaS: Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, Zoom.
  • Manage IAM workflows: provisioning, SSO configurations, access reviews.
  • Enforce endpoint security standards: patching, configuration, MDM; surface gaps.

???? Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant IT or desktop support experience.
  • Experience developing, documenting, and maintaining IT processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and Zoom.
  • Advanced knowledge of macOS; experience supporting Apple devices in enterprise.
  • Familiarity with endpoint security tooling, MDM, and SSO/IdP integrations.
  • Experience supporting conferencing tech (Zoom Rooms, telephony, AV).
