• 7+ years designing, building and operating high-scale cloud-based production systems.
• 7+ years in at least two languages among Java, Scala, Python, Ruby, Go.
• 2+ years leading teams of engineers in an agile environment.
• 2+ years with Redis or Memcached; understanding caching patterns and pitfalls.
• Proficient in DDD, SOLID, Cloud Native Patterns; distributed systems architecture.
• Strong communication in English with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
