We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales, Business Development & Partnerships Manager (POS Terminal Solutions)

Locations: Abuja, Lagos Mainland, Lagos Island - Lagos, Ibadan - Oyo, Ilorin - Kwara, Onitsha - Anambra, Enugu, Aba - Abia, Calabar - Cross River, Benin - Edo, and Kano
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate must have proven experience in Business Development within the POS Terminal, Fintech, Payment Solutions, or Merchant Acquiring industry.
  • We are seeking highly driven and experienced Sales, Business Development & Partnerships Managers to lead our expansion across major cities in Nigeria.
  • This is a field-based role focused on acquiring merchants, onboarding agents and aggregators, expanding POS terminal deployments, and building strategic partnerships with businesses and government institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage POS Merchants.
  • Build relationships with SMEs, enterprise businesses, and government agencies.
  • Drive Virtual Account and Fund Transfer adoption.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage POS Agents.
  • Recruit and manage Aggregators.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned territory.
  • Submit weekly sales and pipeline reports.
  • Drive POS terminal deployment across assigned territory.
  • Achieve monthly revenue and deployment targets.
  • Generate and close B2B opportunities.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Ability to work independently.
  • Existing network of merchants, aggregators, and agents is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Business Development experience.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience working with fintechs, payment companies, or banks.
  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong knowledge of Merchant Acquiring.
  • Previous experience selling or deploying POS terminals is mandatory.
