Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a passion for closing deals and delivering value to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns to generate qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Conduct product demos, presentations, and proposals to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

Qualifications/Requirements

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales techniques.
2–4 years proven sales experience, preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, or B2B solutions.
