Dispatch Specialist

Role Overview

• The ideal candidate must be an experienced motorcycle dispatch rider with a strong knowledge of Abuja road networks. The ability to drive a vehicle will be an added advantage.
• The Dispatch Specialist will be responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of products to customers, partners, and business locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Ensure products are handled carefully during transportation to prevent damage.
• Deliver customer orders promptly and safely using a dispatch motorcycle.
• Communicate delivery updates and any issues encountered during deliveries.
• Plan efficient delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist with logistics and operational errands as assigned.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of the dispatch motorcycle.
• Obtain proof of delivery and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Support warehouse and inventory movements when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a dispatch rider.
• Valid National Driver's License with motorcycle riding authorization.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
• Proven experience riding a dispatch motorcycle professionally.
• Ability to use navigation applications such as Google Maps.
• Good knowledge of Abuja road network and surrounding areas.
• Physically fit and able to lift and transport packages safely.
• Minimum qualification: SSCE, OND, or equivalent.
• Ability to drive a manual or automatic vehicle is an added advantage.
