Job Summary

• FMR Agency is recruiting a highly strategic and commercially driven General Manager to oversee multiple business subsidiaries across real estate development, construction, and energy storage in Abuja.
• The successful candidate will operate at an executive level, driving business growth, financial governance, and operational excellence across the portfolio.
• This role requires a strong business builder capable of scaling newly established ventures into structured, profitable enterprises while managing senior stakeholders and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate investment opportunities, capital expenditure proposals, and financing structures to maximize shareholder value.
• Lead the organization through periods of uncertainty, business disruption, or financial challenges by implementing effective crisis management and business continuity strategies.
• Establish financial and operational controls that support scalability, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
• Develop and execute funding strategies, including building relationships with financial institutions, investors, and lenders to secure financing for business expansion and capital projects.
• Drive working capital optimization and ensure sufficient liquidity across all business units.
• Provide strategic oversight of cash flow management across all subsidiaries, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and sustainable business growth.

Requirements

• Strong financial governance and business strategy experience
• Proven leadership and team-building capability
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred
• 7–10 years senior management experience across diversified businesses
• Experience operating within Nigerian regulatory environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen
• Experience in real estate, construction, or investment holding companies
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
