Job Title: Analyst, Operations & Chartering Support

Role Overview

  • This role has been created to strengthen our ability to manage the increasing number of vessel calls and the growing demand for accurate, timely, and consistent operational data.
  • We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst with strong operational and systems expertise to provide critical support to both the Operations and Chartering teams.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Data Management:

  • Track and record berth history, voyage information, and other essential operational data.
  • Maintain and update operational databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all records.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve data integrity and efficiency.

Team Support:

  • Support chartering decisions with reliable operational insights and historical data.
  • Provide day-to-day assistance to Operations and Chartering teams in managing vessel activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance communication.

Systems & Process Improvement:

  • Utilize operational systems to monitor vessel performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry best practices.
  • Recommend and implement system enhancements to improve reporting and data management.

Requirements

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong operational and systems knowledge, preferably within shipping or logistics.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or related field.
  • Proficiency in data management tools and reporting systems.
