Job Title: CNG Operations Supervisor

Location: Akamkpa, Cross Rivers

About the Job

• Responsible for coordinating daily plant operations and supervising shift operators, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant plant performance.

What you'll be Doing

• Monitor plant performance and optimizing efficiency.
• Ensure compressors and gas handling systems operate within safe limits.
• Implement operational procedures and permit-to-work systems.
• Ensure operational logs and shift reports are accurately maintained.
• Escalate operational anomalies and initiate immediate corrective actions.
• Supervise shift operators.
• Coordinate daily plant operations.

Direct Reports:

• Plant Operators.
• Security Officers.

Requirements

• Ability to handle incidents and nar-misses.
• Knowledge of CNG compression systems, Gas pressure control systems and Industrial plant operations.
• Knowledge of Safety, HSE & Emergency Response.
• 5+ years experience in gas, energy, or industrial plant operations.
• Operational level knowledge of Regulations & Compliance.
