Job Title: Escravos Base Engineer

Description

• To carry out engines and equipment maintenance/repair and to provide assistance for maintenance/repair of defective equipment on board all BOURBON SURFERS Vessels at Escravos Chevron base when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for all dedicated vessels KPIs.
• Vessel technical availability.
• Manage the different technical teams to ensure that the correct repairs have been performed during the maintenance period.
• Carry out inventory and monthly update the list to send his line management.
• Conduct a full condition survey of the vessel for dry dock and stop over period (planned maintenance) and prepare the scope of work, detailed planning with workforce and spare parts requirements.

Expected outcomes:

• Reduce the tools consumption and ensure that the tools are in good condition for use.
• Improve safety in operations and apply company safety rules.
• Safety records improvement
• Contribute to develop the team spirit and their knowledge, promote the HSE rules.
• Competences development plan.

Qualification

• Mechanical Engineering or any related qualification.

Experience:

• 5 years on Marine engineering industry in a technical department.
