Job Title: Chief Operation Officer

Job Summary

  • The COO will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving business growth, improving profitability, enhancing guest satisfaction, and implementing strategic initiatives across all business units.
  • Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Operations Officer (COO) to oversee and optimize the organization's daily operations.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive hospitality management experience, and a proven track record of improving operational performance while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage departmental heads to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and operational performance reporting.
  • Monitor and improve operational processes, policies, and performance standards.
  • Analyze operational data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization across the organization.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the organization's goals and growth plans.
  • Support business expansion initiatives and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of allbusiness units, ensuring efficiency and service excellence.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and business partners to support organizational objectives.
  • Identify operational risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, health, safety, and industry standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 5years' progressive experience in hospitality operations, with at least 3years in a senior leadership role.
  • Master's Degreeis an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends, standards, and best practices.
  • Proven experience managing multi-unit hospitality operations.
