Since June 10 , 1996 the company has been operating in the logistics business (Air freight and Sea freight ) licensed by the federal government of Nigeria through the Nigeria customs service to operate and deliver port services at all Seaport and Airport in Nigeria.

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Description

  • The role involvesdeveloping business plans, monitoring performance, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • The Business Developer is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization, driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring that strategic objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management.
  • Manage operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (LLB an advantage).

Experience:

  • 0 - 2 years of experience in business management, operations management, or any related field.

Skills:

  • Business development and negotiation skills.
  • Financial management and budgeting knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Other Requirements:

  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must be very intelligent and fast learner.
  • Adaptability and ability to manage change effectively
