Job Summary

• As the Treasury Sales Team Lead, you will lead the treasury sales team in driving deposit mobilization, managing institutional and corporate client relationships, and achieving treasury sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treasury sales strategies to grow the organization's investment portfolio
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for treasury product sales
• Lead the treasury sales team to achieve deposit mobilization and revenue targets
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and ensure compliance with internal policies
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate, institutional, and high-value clients

Requirements

• Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams and achieve business targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in treasury sales, relationship management, or financial services, with leadership experience
• Strong understanding of treasury products, investment solutions, and financial markets
