Job Description

1. A Trainee Engineer is an entry-level professional who works under the guidance of senior engineers to learn hands-on technical skills and company operations.
2. They typically assist with drafting designs, conducting research, compiling technical reports, and performing administrative or maintenance tasks related to engineering projects.

Job Responsibilities

1. Project Assistance: Supporting senior engineers by preparing project designs (e.g., blueprints), data entry, and handling software tasks.
2. Research & Analysis: Gathering industry standards, studying technical specs, and testing engineering solutions or new products.
3. Site Visits & Inspections: Travelling to job or manufacturing sites to observe practices, assist in quality checks, and monitor safety compliances.
4. Documentation & Reporting: Compiling project data to help draft progress trackers, equipment lists, and technical documentation.
5. Continuous Learning: Shadowing experienced staff, attending internal training workshops, and participating in meetings.

Job Qualifications & Requirements

1. Education: Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree (B.E., B.Tech, or B.Sc.) in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Software).
2. Soft Skills: Strong desire to learn, solid problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and good verbal/written communication.
3. Technical Skills: Foundational knowledge of engineering principles and familiarity with specialized software.
