About the Role
- We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Technical Lead to oversee technical operations and administrative processes within our organization.
- The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with leadership and organizational skills to ensure smooth daily operations, efficient team performance, and proper maintenance of equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily technical operations and production activities
- Manage and lead technical staff, ensuring high performance and accountability
- Oversee maintenance and proper functioning of machinery (e.g., laser edge banding machines and related equipment)
- Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices
- Prepare reports, track performance metrics, and improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
- Troubleshoot technical issues and minimize downtime
- Coordinate with management to plan and execute projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Technical Management, or a related field
- 3–5 years experience in a technical or manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good knowledge of machinery operations and maintenance
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
- Strong communication and team management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with machine operation and supervision
- Familiarity with ERP systems or maintenance planning tools
- Background in industrial operations.
