• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve API/SDK issues (Python/TypeScript).
• Reproduce customer bugs and collaborate with Engineering to resolve.
• Own customer communications via Slack and email; communicate clearly and empathetically.
• Write and maintain knowledge base docs to unblock future developers.
• Identify opportunities to improve developer experience, tooling, and workflows.
• Write scripts and contribute to internal tooling to enhance support.

• Have at least 1 year of experience in developer-facing support roles.
• Can write and debug Python and/or TypeScript code.
• Familiar with APIs, SDKs, and developer tooling.
• Own technical problems and unblock customers.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically.
• Curious about LLM use cases and AI reliability.
