• Become a Trello expert during onboarding
• Understand product offering through training
• Support clients on basic requests via ticketing
• Master integrations: Workato, data lake, flat files, APIs
• Scope technical requirements with clients and design solutions
• Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery

???? Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years in technical partnerships, integrations, or similar; customer-facing preferred
• Excellent API and REST integrations knowledge
• Strong programming skills: Java, Python, or Ruby
• Knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud-based solutions, and web tech
• Experience scoping projects and delivering technical solutions
