• Staff Developer on the SDLC Foundations team.
• Own architectural decisions for foundational platform work (FRS, Typeshare, tooling).
• Lead evolution of the Feature Rollout Service and Horizon 1 Experiment Platform.
• Partner with platform and product teams to ship Typeshare 2.0.
• Remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the organization.

• 8+ years of professional SaaS software development.
• Platform-level services: feature flags, schema management, tooling, or experimentation.
• Design scalable backend services and cross-product APIs.
• Lead cross-team initiatives across frontend, backend, platform, product.
• Proficiency in Go.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
