Description


  • We are seeking a Talent & Workforce Operations Lead to drive how talent is sourced, deployed, and managed across our field operations.
  • This role goes beyond traditional HR — it focuses on aligning hiring, workforce deployment, and performance management with business goals.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure we have the right people in the right locations, performing effectively and contributing to operational success.

Key Responsibilities
Workforce Planning & Deployment:

  • Translate business targets into workforce requirements by role and location
  • Support deployment planning across regions to ensure adequate coverage
  • Monitor workforce distribution and identify gaps or inefficiencies.

Recruitment Pipeline & Sourcing:

  • Track and manage the end-to-end recruitment pipeline
  • Monitor candidate flow from sourcing to activation
  • Evaluate sourcing channels (agents, referrals, HR) based on performance.

Process Optimization:

  • Partner with HR to improve recruitment efficiency and quality
  • Support development of role-specific hiring benchmarks
  • Reduce time-to-hire while maintaining hiring standards.

Performance Tracking & Insights:

  • Monitor field performance metrics (productivity, approvals, collections)
  • Identify performance gaps across teams and locations
  • Provide actionable insights to support decision-making.

Workforce Operations & Governance:

  • Ensure consistency in onboarding and deployment processes
  • Track adherence to operational standards in the field
  • Support reporting and dashboard development.

Training & Incentives:

  • Identify capability gaps and support training improvements
  • Provide input into incentive structures to drive performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, Operations, or related fields
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Talent Operations, HR Operations, or Business Operations
  • Experience working with field or distributed teams
  • Strong understanding of recruitment pipelines and sourcing channels
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel, dashboards, reporting)
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights
