Job Title: Production Line Supervisor

Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Production Line Supervisor to oversee daily production activities within our manufacturing facility.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical Engineering, with hands-on experience in mould operations, production supervision, and manufacturing processes, as well as strong computer and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities & Competencies
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure targets are met efficiently and safely.
- Monitor production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to optimize output and reduce waste.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Enforce compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and operational policies.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime.
- Train and supervise production operators to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across production lines.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the production floor.
- Oversee mould operations, including setup, changeover, troubleshooting, and maintenance coordination.
- Ensure proper utilization of machines, materials, and manpower to achieve production goals.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and performance metrics.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- HND, B.Sc., or B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, with proven experience in production supervision and mould operations.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Must be willing to relocate to Ibeju-Lekki.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows.
- Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, reporting tools, and basic data analysis).
- Ability to generate and interpret production reports and KPIs.
Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 / month.
