Job Title: Spa Therapist

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive spa treatments such as facials, body massage, body polish, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, LED therapy, body contouring, and skin tag removal.
• Conduct skin assessments to understand client concerns and assist in developing customized treatment plans.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organization of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, recommend suitable products, and assist with upselling treatments and products.
• Accurately manage client bookings, records, and treatment notes.
• Provide beauty services including laser hair removal, waxing, spray tanning, manicures, and pedicures.

Requirements

• Formal certification or diploma in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or a related field is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Minimum of an SSCE / OND qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Strong interest in beauty, skincare, and wellness services.
• Manicure and pedicure experience is an added advantage.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and thrive in a luxury, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience as a Spa or Beauty therapist is a plus.
