We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Freelance Marketer

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Part-time (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions for clients.
• Attend industry events and network with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess at least an HND or B.Sc. in any discipline with 7 to 15 years of experience.

Benefits

• Salary: N200,000 - N600,000 per month.
• Apart from the nornal salary, marketers are entitle to sales bonus and commissions.
• We are to work from whereever you are.
• You need not resume in the company office.
• Marketing is done online and physically in wherever you are living.
