We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Auto Air-conditioning Supervisor

Job ID: IITA/P&C/NRS2026-028
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Contract: 3-years renewable contract

Duties

Carry out complex vehicle air conditioning repairs while providing technical guidance and support to workshop staff as required.
Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance records, repair reports, and documentation of completed work.
Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and work areas, in a clean, safe, and serviceable condition, while ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.
Coordinate and participate in the inspection, servicing, testing, and commissioning of vehicle air conditioning systems, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety procedures.
Carry out and oversee vehicle air conditioning diagnostics, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure optimal system performance and compliance with workshop standards.
Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
Monitor the condition and performance of vehicle air conditioning systems, recommend preventive maintenance actions, and ensure timely completion of assigned jobs.

Requirements
Qualification:

Possession of accredited professional certification(s) in Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage.
BSc/HND in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver high-quality work.
Demonstrated proficiency in automotive air conditioning diagnostics, maintenance, prognostics, and fault identification.
