• 3 years in professional consulting, customer-facing.
• SaaS deployment experience; HR domain preferred.
• Project management skills.
• Experience with APIs and SSO configuration & troubleshooting.
• Solution-oriented, client-first mindset.
• Organized, analytical, able to manage multiple implementations.
