• Experience: 7-10 years in Marketing Ops, RevOps, or Engineering with 3+ years in leadership in fintech/marketplace.
• The AI Edge: Proven experience moving AI from experiment to production; manage API costs and reliability.
• Scale: History of managing marketing infra for products with millions of MAU and high volumes.
• Tools: Braze, SQL, Amplitude; familiar with GitHub/GitLab.
• Achievements: Documented history saving >$100k in annual tool spend or reducing campaign errors.
• CRM & Orchestration: Advanced Braze mastery; Liquid logic and API-driven canvassing.
• AI Operations: Deep understanding of LLM providers and API-based workflows; monitor uptime and token spend.
• Data & Systems Fluency: Writes SQL to troubleshoot segments; validate data flow across the stack.
