• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and ensure program integrity

• Design scalable solutions for process improvements and tooling
• Align stakeholders and secure buy-in across senior leadership
• Drive cross-functional execution with Finance, Legal, Systems, and more

???? Requirements

• 7+ years of program management or related experience, preferably in GTM/Sales Ops
• Proven ability to own cross-functional projects and drive execution
• Experience in sales territory planning and cross-segment alignment
• Strong strategic, analytical problem solver with end-to-end deployment experience
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; hands-on when needed
• Knowledge of CRM systems and data analytics (SQL, Google Sheets)
